follow the anglicans to hell

Virtue on line discusses the Anglican church's doctrinal problems: In this item it discusses how ordaining women was more about entrenching gender theory/radical feminism than about serving God.
Although the process of decay began with the ordination of women to the priesthood (a move that Lorna along with the many other orthodox women on Synod have long been opposed to), the implications of ignoring the Biblical teaching on gender remained hidden to most Anglicans.
Feminism rather than the New Testament has formed the mind-set of most. But with gay marriage the implications of the challenge posed by secular values to the New Testament are much harder to hide.

read the whole thing, which like a lot of stuff is subtle.

a "headsup" for Catholics

But be warned: First came divorce, plus making the holy Eucharist a "feel good" symbol, but next comes "married priests" (the fake synod with this already in place to do this). And "decentralizing" the church while appointing "reformer" type bishops translates to making an anti church with trendier than thou doctrines.

What could go wrong?

Of course, they could compromise by copying the Eastern Catholic rites, which like the Orthodox church, allows married men to become priests...

but I suspect this is about reforming the church

By the way: there is a new film out there about a priest who "helps" a young woman over her crisis in faith and ends up leaving the church for her. The reviewers said it mirrored what they saw happen.

But my take: I saw her deliberately seducing her fantasy man from a Harlequin romance: we see a lot of this type of nonsense quite a lot with women going after (usually married) doctors.

and after the marriage, the fantasy falls apart...
